Jacqueline Ahrens McCoy ARNP, is a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority.  Since her 1977 graduation from the University of Maryland, her career has largely been in the area of counseling.  She has also taught nursing and been a professional nurse consultant in two large hospitals.  Mrs. McCoy has a general counseling practice with special interest in mood, anxiety, dissociative disorders, and relationships issues.  Jackie works extensively with trauma victims.  She is married to Dr. Claude McCoy, also of Heritage Counseling Associates.  She is also a busy mother and grandmother.
